When will my order arrive?
Orders can take 4-10 business days to arrive depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
To have the best understanding of when your package will arrive, use the package tracking information that you receive in an email following the submission of your order. All of our goods ship from our warehouse in the Toronto, Canada area.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Typically, we can’t ship to you on the same day. We offer an expedited shipping for delivery within 2-5 days at your expense. Our free shipping service is standard shipping and anticipate delivery to you is within 4-10 days.
Which service will be delivering my order?
We use USPS, FEDEX, UPS or DHL.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, you cannot. It is best for you to insert a separate order and we will do our best to have them both shipped in a timely manner.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, not worn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How do I return or exchange my order?
In the event you are not satisfied, we will do our best to replace, repair or refund your money to meet your satisfaction. Please have the original invoice on hand to help us to expedite your return and send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Upon approval by Via Luca, you will receive an email which will include a shipping label to affix to your package. The merchandise should be returned in the same box it was shipped.
Once we have inspected your item(s) we will contact you to discuss a refund to your credit card. Return shipping charges (up to $20) will be deducted from refund amount.
For exchanges, please contact us to make arrangements for your new item(s). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Can I return grooming products?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for grooming products. This includes shaving brushes, shavers and bottled products.
What if my items are damaged or incorrect when they arrive?
Please contact us and we will make arrangements for you to return them for exchange or refund.
What if it is a gift given to me?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
